We want you to be completely satisfied with your DigiBit PC. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Pre-built PCs can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Custom-built PCs are made to your specifications. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for defects or errors in configuration only.
Return Conditions
- Original Condition: The PC must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
- No Damage: Items must show no signs of use, damage, or modification
- Return Authorization: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos
- Receive RMA: We'll review your request and provide an RMA number if approved
- Package Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship Back: Send the item to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked
Refund Process
- 1.Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- 2.If the return is approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method
- 3.Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank
- 4.You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Shipping Costs
- •Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items
- •Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns
- •Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Important Notes
- • Returns must be authorized before shipping
- • Custom configurations may be subject to a restocking fee
- • Software and digital products are non-returnable once activated
- • Warranty claims are separate from returns and refunds
