DigiBit Returns & Refunds Policy
We want every DigiBit customer to love their new PC. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Prebuilt PCs
You may return a prebuilt system within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Custom-Built PCs
Due to the bespoke nature of custom builds, returns are only accepted if:
- The system arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days
- The delivered PC does not match the agreed specification
Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom-built systems.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your system arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
- We will assess the fault and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

Return Process
To return a product:
- Contact us to explain the issue
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship it to the address we provide (tracked and insured shipping recommended)
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- If deductions apply (e.g. missing items, damage), we will notify you before processing
