DigiBit Shipping Policy

We take care to ensure your new PC arrives safely and on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, delivery times, and what to expect when your order is dispatched.


Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via tracked and insured courier services, including but not limited to:

  • DPD
  • UPS
  • Royal Mail (for smaller items)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Processing & Dispatch Times

Prebuilt PCs

  • Usually dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

Custom-Built PCs

  • Standard build and dispatch time is 7–14 working days, depending on parts availability and system complexity.
  • We will notify you if there are delays due to part shortages or other unforeseen issues.

Urgent or express builds may be possible upon request (additional fees may apply).


Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you require shipping to Ireland, the Channel Islands, or internationally, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on:

  • Delivery location
  • System size/weight
  • Delivery speed (standard or express)

All shipments are insured for the full value of the system.


Receiving Your Order

  • Please inspect the packaging upon delivery.
  • If there is any visible damage, take photos and notify the courier before signing.
  • For any issues, contact us at [email protected] immediately with your order number and evidence.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once a parcel has been dispatched.


Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, the courier will typically:

  • Attempt redelivery the next working day
  • Leave a collection note or schedule a redelivery via their tracking portal

Items not collected within the courier’s holding period will be returned to us, and redelivery may incur additional fees.


Damaged in Transit

If your PC arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and the packaging
  3. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or claim through the courier as appropriate
