DigiBit Warranty Information

At DigiBit, we believe in building PCs that last — but we also know that peace of mind matters. That’s why every system we sell comes with a solid warranty and the option to extend your coverage for even greater protection.

What's Covered by Default

All DigiBit systems include a 1-Year Return-to-Base Warranty as standard.

Coverage Includes:

  • Hardware failures due to manufacturing defects
    • Faulty components
    • Labour and repair costs
    • Free diagnosis of warranty-eligible faults
  • This warranty applies to:
    • Prebuilt PCs – fully assembled and sold as seen
    • Custom-Built PCs – built to your specific requirements and approved prior to sale

Optional Extended Warranties

Want even more peace of mind? We offer affordable warranty upgrades at the time of purchase:

Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of ordering and cannot be added retrospectively.

All extended warranties are return-to-base, meaning you’ll need to ship the PC to us for assessment and repair (or return it in person, if local).

What’s Not Covered

To ensure clarity, our warranties do not cover:

  • Water or electrical damage not caused by faulty parts
  • Damage from power surges or improper installation
  • Software issues, malware, viruses or OS corruption
  • User modifications or third-party repairs
  • Overclocking-related damage (unless agreed and carried out by DigiBit)

Manufacturer Warranties on Components

Many parts (e.g. graphics cards, CPUs, RAM, etc.) come with their own manufacturer warranties that may extend beyond your DigiBit coverage. If applicable, we’ll help you make a direct warranty claim with the part manufacturer after your DigiBit warranty ends.

How to Claim

If you experience an issue with your PC:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant photos or error messages.
  2. We’ll confirm if it falls under warranty and provide return instructions.
  3. Once received, we’ll diagnose the issue and either:
    • Repair the system
    • Replace the faulty component
    • Or issue a replacement/refund (in rare cases)

Repairs under warranty typically take 3–7 working days, excluding shipping.
